  • Even with some dramatic changes since launch, FIFA 19’s gameplay has seen a lot of issues. From unstoppable timed finesses from launch to ‘drop back, one depth’ defending being the norm, balance has been an issue. As we run up to the reveal of FIFA 20 at EA Play, EA Sports has released a new Pitch Notes article that breaks down the gameplay issues that they intend to work on fixing for FIFA 20 and beyond.First of all, it should be noted that none of the changes are due to come to FIFA 19. They are based on issues present in the current game that EA Sports has received feedback on, but the fixes are planned for FIFA 20.

Career Mode will always trail behind Ultimate Team when it comes to development in the FIFA franchise, but let’s hope for some improvement on FIFA 20. The old-school FIFA players love Career Mode, setting up with their favourite club on the game or embarking on a journey taking a League Two club all the way to the Champions League. It’s high-time these loyal fans were repaid with some new features, or revisiting things from yesteryear. You can buy cheap FUT 20 Coins at mmocs.com by using the code “MMOCSVIP” for a 3% discount.

There is just a little session of FIFA street in the journey section of the game. This session is so much appreciated by the fans and they will love if this mode will introduce in the future. FIFA Street is also another franchise of FIFA but its not on their plate anymore. So adding street mode in the house rules would be a bonus for fans and it could be a moment of rejoicing for them as two games merged in one.Fans also demand some improvements in Career mode, they simply demanded the introduction of the latest transfer. The ceremonies are no longer part of the FIFA so they also want Award ceremonies like FIFA best player and many more.

According to the Amazon sales page, the FIFA 20 release date is September 28, at least for the Nintendo Switch version of the game. EA Sports has yet to confirm or announce the release date. Still, based on previous FIFA title launch dates, it could make sense. It could also just be a reference to when FIFA 19 released.

However, the release of the franchise does not come without controversy on the Switch. The Switch releases never have all the same features as the PS4 and Xbox One versions. Even worse, EA has a habit of advertising features that don’t actually exist in the Switch Version. On two occasions, the company advertised DLC for FIFA 19 on the Switch that never materialized. Hopefully, FIFA 20 will be a different story.
